14-day money-back guarantee

Ask within 14 days of your first payment for a subscription (monthly or yearly) and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked.

Renewals

If a renewal charged you after you meant to cancel, ask within 14 days of that renewal and we’ll refund it and cancel the subscription.

How to ask

Email support@sellscope.app with your order number or the email you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Free plan

The free plan and the free theme detector cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
